阅读 以赛亚书 3:

耶和华审判众民

1 主万军之耶和华，从耶路撒冷和犹大，除掉众人所倚靠的，所仗赖的，就是所倚靠的粮，所仗赖的水。
For, behold, the Lord, Yahweh of Hosts, takes away from Jerusalem and from Judah supply and support, The whole supply of bread, And the whole supply of water;

2 除掉勇士，和战士，审判官，和先知，占卜的，和长老。
The mighty man, The man of war, The judge, The prophet, The diviner, The elder,

3 五十夫长，和尊贵人。谋士，和有巧艺的，以及妙行法术的。
The captain of fifty, The honorable man, The counselor, The skilled craftsman, And the clever enchanter.

4 主说，我必使孩童作他们的首领，使婴孩辖管他们。
I will give boys to be their princes, And children shall rule over them.

5 百姓要彼此欺压，各人受邻舍的欺压。少年人必侮慢老年人，卑贱人必侮慢尊贵人。
The people will be oppressed, Everyone by another, And everyone by his neighbor. The child will behave himself proudly against the old man, And the base against the honorable.

6 人在父家拉住弟兄，说，你有衣服，可以作我们的官长，这败落的事归在你手下吧。
Indeed a man shall take hold of his brother in the house of his father, saying, "You have clothing, you be our ruler, And let this ruin be under your hand."

7 那时他必扬声说，我不作医治你们的人。因我家中没有粮食，也没有衣服。你们不可立我作百姓的官长。
In that day he will cry out, saying, I will not be a healer; For in my house is neither bread nor clothing. You shall not make me ruler of the people.

8 耶路撒冷败落，犹大倾倒。因为他们的舌头，和行为，与耶和华反对，惹了他荣光的眼目。
For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen; Because their tongue and their doings are against Yahweh, To provoke the eyes of his glory.

9 他们的面色证明自己的不正。他们述说自己的罪恶，并不隐瞒，好像所多玛一样。他们有祸了。因为作恶自害。
The look of their faces testify against them. They parade their sin like Sodom. They don't hide it. Woe to their soul! For they have brought disaster upon themselves.

10 你们要论义人说，他必享福乐。因为要吃自己行为所结的果子。
Tell the righteous "Good!" For they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.

11 恶人有祸了。他必遭灾难。因为要照自己手所行的受报应。
Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them; For the deeds of his hands will be paid back to him.

12 至于我的百姓，孩童欺压他们，妇女辖管他们。我的百姓阿，引导你的，使你走错，并毁坏你所行的道路。
As for my people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. My people, those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths.

13 耶和华起来辩论，站着审判众民。
Yahweh stands up to contend, And stands to judge the peoples.

14 耶和华必审问他民中的长老，和首领，说，吃尽葡萄园果子的，就是你们。向贫穷人所夺的，都在你们家中。
Yahweh will enter into judgment with the elders of his people, And their leaders: "It is you who have eaten up the vineyard. The spoil of the poor is in your houses.

15 主万军之耶和华说，你们为何压制我的百姓，搓磨贫穷人的脸呢？
What do you mean that you crush my people, And grind the face of the poor?" says the Lord, Yahweh of Hosts.

16 耶和华又说，因为锡安的女子狂傲，行走挺项，卖弄眼目，俏步徐行，脚下玎铛。
Moreover Yahweh said, "Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, And walk with outstretched necks and flirting eyes, Walking to trip as they go, Jingling ornaments on their feet;

17 所以主必使锡安的女子头长秃疮，耶和华又使她们赤露下体。
Therefore the Lord brings sores on the crown of the head of the women of Zion, And Yahweh will make their scalps bald."

18 到那日，主必除掉她们华美的脚钏，发网，月牙圈。
In that day the Lord will take away the beauty of their anklets, the headbands, the crescent necklaces,

19 耳环，手镯，蒙脸的帕子。
the earrings, the bracelets, the veils,

20 华冠，足链，华带，香盒，符囊。
the headdresses, the ankle chains, the sashes, the perfume bottles, the charms,

21 戒指，鼻环。
the signet rings, the nose rings,

22 吉服，外套，云肩，荷包。
the fine robes, the capes, the cloaks, the purses,

23 手镜，细麻衣，裹头巾，蒙身的帕子。
the hand-mirrors, the fine linen garments, the tiaras, and the shawls.

24 必有臭烂代替馨香，绳子代替腰带，光秃代替美发，麻衣系腰代替华服，烙伤代替美容。
It shall happen that instead of sweet spices, there shall be rottenness; Instead of a belt, a rope; Instead of well set hair, baldness; Instead of a robe, a girding of sackcloth; And branding instead of beauty.

25 你的男丁，必倒在刀下，你的勇士，必死在阵上。
Your men shall fall by the sword, And your mighty in the war.

26 锡安（原文作他）的城门必悲伤，哀号。他必荒凉坐在地上。
Her gates shall lament and mourn; And she shall be desolate and sit on the ground.
