7节经文

1 （上行（或作登阶。下同）之诗。）我在急难中求告耶和华，他就应允我。
> In my distress, I cried to Yahweh. He answered me.

2 耶和华啊，求你救我脱离说谎的嘴唇，和诡诈的舌头。
Deliver my soul, Yahweh, from lying lips, From a deceitful tongue.

3 诡诈的舌头阿，要给你什么呢？要拿什么加给你呢？
What will be given to you, and what will be done more to you, You deceitful tongue?

4 就是勇士的利箭，和罗腾木的炭火（罗腾小树名松类）。
Sharp arrows of the mighty, With coals of juniper.

5 我寄居在米设，住在基达帐棚之中，有祸了。
Woe is me, that I live in Meshech, That I dwell among the tents of Kedar!

6 我与那恨恶和睦的人，许久同住。
My soul has had her dwelling too long With him who hates peace.

7 我愿和睦。但我发言，他们就要争战。
I am for peace, But when I speak, they are for war.
