箴言8:
1智慧岂不呼叫，聪明岂不发声。
2他在道旁高处的顶上，在十字路口站立。
3在城门旁，在城门口，在城门洞，大声说，
4众人哪，我呼叫你们。我向世人发声，
5说，愚蒙人哪，你们要会悟灵明。愚昧人哪，你们当心里明白。
6你们当听，因我要说极美的话。我张嘴要论正直的事。
7我的口要发出真理。我的嘴憎恶邪恶。
8我口中的言语，都是公义，并无弯曲乖僻。
9有聪明的以为明显，得知识的以为正直。

2On the hilltop along the road,she takes her stand at the crossroads.
3By the gates at the entrance to the town,on the road leading in, she cries aloud,
4“I call to you, to all of you!I raise my voice to all people.
5You simple people, use good judgment.You foolish people, show some understanding.
6Listen to me! For I have important things to tell you.Everything I say is right,
7for I speak the truthand detest every kind of deception.
8My advice is wholesome.There is nothing devious or crooked in it.
9My words are plain to anyone with understanding,clear to those with knowledge.
