诗篇137:
1我们曾在巴比伦的河边坐下，一追想锡安就哭了。
2我们把琴挂在那里的柳树上。
3因为在那里，掳掠我们的要我们唱歌，抢夺我们的，要我们作乐，说，给我们唱一首锡安歌吧。
4我们怎能在外邦唱耶和华的歌呢？
5耶路撒冷阿，我若忘记你，情愿我的右手忘记技巧。
6我若不记念你，若不看耶路撒冷过于我所最喜乐的，情愿我的舌头贴于上膛。
7耶路撒冷遭难的日子，以东人说，拆毁，拆毁，直拆到根基。耶和华啊求你记念这仇。
8将要被灭的巴比伦城阿（城原文作女子），报复你象你待我们的，那人便为有福。
9拿你的婴孩摔在磐石上的，那人便为有福。

2We put away our harps,hanging them on the branches of poplar trees.
3For our captors demanded a song from us.Our tormentors insisted on a joyful hymn:“Sing us one of those songs of Jerusalem!”
4But how can we sing the songs of the Lordwhile in a pagan land?
5If I forget you, O Jerusalem,let my right hand forget how to play the harp.
6May my tongue stick to the roof of my mouthif I fail to remember you,if I don’t make Jerusalem my greatest joy.
7O Lord, remember what the Edomites didon the day the armies of Babylon captured Jerusalem.“Destroy it!” they yelled.“Level it to the ground!”
8O Babylon, you will be destroyed.Happy is the one who pays you backfor what you have done to us.
9Happy is the one who takes your babiesand smashes them against the rocks!
