诗篇32:
1（大卫的训诲诗。）得赦免其过，遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的。
2凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。
3我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼，而骨头枯干。
4黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重。我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。（细拉）
5我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说，我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪恶。（细拉）
6为此，凡虔诚人，都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你。大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。
7你是我藏身之处。你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌，四面环绕我。（细拉）
8我要教导你，指示你当行的路。我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。
9你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住他，不然，就不能驯服。
10恶人必多受苦楚。惟独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。
11你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐。你们心里正直的人，都当欢呼。

3When I refused to confess my sin,my body wasted away,and I groaned all day long.
4Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me.My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat. Interlude
5Finally, I confessed all my sins to youand stopped trying to hide my guilt.I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the Lord.”And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone. Interlude
6Therefore, let all the godly pray to you while there is still time,that they may not drown in the floodwaters of judgment.
7For you are my hiding place;you protect me from trouble.You surround me with songs of victory. Interlude
8The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.I will advise you and watch over you.
9Do not be like a senseless horse or mulethat needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.”
10Many sorrows come to the wicked,but unfailing love surrounds those who trust the Lord.
11So rejoice in the Lord and be glad, all you who obey him!Shout for joy, all you whose hearts are pure!
