诗篇132:
1（上行之诗。）耶和华啊，求你记念大卫所受的一切苦难。
2他怎样向耶和华起誓，向雅各的大能者许愿，
3说，我必不进我的帐幕，也不上我的床榻。
4我不容我的眼睛睡觉，也不容我的眼目打盹。
5直等我为耶和华寻得所在，为雅各的大能者寻得居所。
6我们听说约柜在以法他，我们在基列耶琳就寻见了。
7我们要进他的居所，在他脚凳前下拜。
8耶和华啊，求你兴起，和你有能力的约柜同入安息之所。
9愿你的祭司披上公义。愿你的圣民欢呼。
10求你因你仆人大卫的缘故，不要厌弃你的受膏者。
11耶和华向大卫，凭诚实起了誓，必不反覆，说，我要使你所生的坐在你的宝座上。
12你的众子若守我的约，和我所教训他们的法度，他们的子孙，必永远坐在你的宝座上。
13因为耶和华拣选了锡安，愿意当作自己的居所，
14说，这是我永远安息之所。我要住在这里，因为是我所愿意的。
15我要使其中的粮食丰满，使其中的穷人饱足。
16我要使祭司披上救恩，圣民大声欢呼。
17我要叫大卫的角，在那里发生。我为我的受膏者，预备明灯。
18我要使他的仇敌披上羞耻。但他的冠冕，要在头上发光。

3“I will not go home;I will not let myself rest.
4I will not let my eyes sleepnor close my eyelids in slumber
5until I find a place to build a house for the Lord,a sanctuary for the Mighty One of Israel.”
6We heard that the Ark was in Ephrathah;then we found it in the distant countryside of Jaar.
7Let us go to the sanctuary of the Lord;let us worship at the footstool of his throne.
8Arise, O Lord, and enter your resting place,along with the Ark, the symbol of your power.
9May your priests be clothed in godliness;may your loyal servants sing for joy.
10For the sake of your servant David,do not reject the king you have anointed.
11The Lord swore an oath to Davidwith a promise he will never take back:“I will place one of your descendantson your throne.
12If your descendants obey the terms of my covenantand the laws that I teach them,then your royal linewill continue forever and ever.”
13For the Lord has chosen Jerusalem#132:13 Hebrew Zion.;he has desired it for his home.
14“This is my resting place forever,” he said.“I will live here, for this is the home I desired.
15I will bless this city and make it prosperous;I will satisfy its poor with food.
16I will clothe its priests with godliness;its faithful servants will sing for joy.
17Here I will increase the power of David;my anointed one will be a light for my people.
18I will clothe his enemies with shame,but he will be a glorious king.”
